What is Yoga Asana?


Yoga Asana :

Asana is known as Body Posture, and the Yoga Asana defined as the physical practice of all asana's in the form of exercise. Asana's are off various stages like steady stage and comfortable stage, the asanas served as stable postures for prolonged meditation. Traditionally many asanas are practiced for better physical and mental health. Asanas have a great benefit on the complete human body and human mind complex, while doing asanas it affects on different different parts of body like muscular, circulation, nervous system etc.

The practice of Yoga Asana gives a lot of benefits to your body in many ways. Many people sharing their experience about yoga. The daily practise of yoga makes your body feet n fine, our human system is seamless blend of body, spirit and mind. Some Important Yoga Poses, Postures

  Savasana : Position of total relaxation. Balasana : Position that brings the sensation of peace and calm. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana : This position calms the brain and heals tired legs. Marjariasana: Position stimulates the midriff area and the spinal column. Halasana : Excellent for back pain and insomnia. Dolphin : Excellent for the shoulder area, thorax, legs, and arms. Salambhasana : Great exercise to stimulate the lumbar area, legs, and arms. Ananda Balasana : This position is great for massaging the hip area.

Padmasana

Padma is a Sanskrit word which means lotus(which is a flower) and in Padmasana, position of the human legs look like blooming lotus. so the asana is called as Padmasana. Padmasana is the best sitting asana par excellence for humans. Padmasana is a sitting posture in which both the legs are cross and This asana has a importance in the world of yoga as it is best suited for Concentration, Pranayam and Meditation. In Padmasana the position of the human body is neutral. Keep the backbone straight and don't move it. If the hands of human are long then slightly bend them in elbows and take the benefit of this asana. Benefits of Doing Padmasana : 1) Padmasana calms human brain. 2) It stretches the ankles and knees. 3) It stimulates the spine, bladder, pelvis and abdomen. Precaution to take while doing Padmasana : Padmasana is very simple but if you are suffering from Ankle injury or Knee injury, then avoid doing this asana.                                                 Do
